Collecting key information
BoostDraft makes finding information spread across the document easy to find within Key Information subsection. Navigate by scrolling down in the left pane in Proofreading. Names, dates, addresses are some of the information summarized in this section. So another alternative to pinning multiple pop-ups is to keep this view on the screen. The Proofreading window can also be moved outside the Word document window for easier side by side referencing.

Spotting placeholders
Often content picked up by Key Information can exist in placeholder states throughout the drafting of contract until it is ready to be sent to it's intended party. BoostDraft also groups these placeholders into the Key Information section. Clicking any placeholder content will navigate to that section in the document where the placeholder is also highlighted.
Anonymizing
If you wish to pre-fill placeholders with examples, BoostDraft provides an anonymize function to pre-fill these placeholders in bulk. You could also customize the pre-fills to the purpose of your document.
Adjust and select pre-fills when you run the anonymize function.
