Correcting errors and customizing displayed highlights
Undefined terms, broken references, and incorrect dates
BoostDraft Highlights help you find errors faster by identifying some of the most common types of human errors that occur during contract drafting. These errors are often highlighted in red. Suspected errors are highlighted in yellow. As BoostDraft can detect dozens of error and suspected error types, it's recommended to click on the highlighted text to reveal the detailed error information.
Undefined "Key Holder" is highlighted in red. Clicking on it reveals quick proofreading options.
Capitalization and other inconsistency errors
BoostDraft can help fix errors quickly when they relate to case and formatting. By scanning the document for the most common format used, BoostDraft can correct the suspected inconsistency from within the error's pop-up window. BoostDraft also offers more automation to fixing inconsistencies through it's Fix Inconsistency and Proofreading features where fixes can be actioned in batches, saving you even more time.
Inconsistency between numerical and written value with quick fix options available.
Quick Highlight toggle 🆕
If you are overwhelmed by the amount of Highlights displayed in your document, you could quickly toggle Highlights off from the toolbar without having to switch off BoostDraft. Three toggle modes are supported: Full, Partial, and None. Full is either the default or your custom settings (see next section). Partial is errors and suspected errors only. None turns all highlighting off, but with BoostDraft running in the background so you still have access to all its other features.
Click the following icon on the toolbar to see options.
