Original: The document to use as the baseline for comparison.
Revised: The document to compare against the original.
2. Once the fast comparison result is ready, you can either Save or Open and view it. You can choose whether to include comments comparison in the result.

In Fast Compare, click Save.

In Fast Compare, click Open.
By default, Fast Compare displays only the sections of the document that contain changes. To view the entire document, toggle off Hide unchanged sentences.
