If running the installer fails, please send us the files located under %APPDATA%\BoostDraft\Installer\Logs, so our team can investigate the logs and assist you.
If you installed BoostDraft but cannot see it in MS Word ribbon
If you installed BoostDraft but cannot see it in MS Word ribbon
1. Open the Word Add-ins list by going to Add-Ins > Manage: COM Add-ins, and check if BoostDraftAlpha is selected. If it is not checked, please check it and click OK.
2. Open Disabled Items and check if BoostDraftAlpha is listed there. If it is, please enable it.
